Brad Donaldson has been a resident of Charlotte since 1987. He is married with two beautiful daughters who are native Charlotteans. He has been able to migrate his extended family (parents, sisters and in-laws) to Charlotte also. Brad has been in the mortgage industry since 1995. Starting as a loan originator where he was taught to prepare a Truth in Lending Statement by hand, before we had any computer programs to figure it out. He worked for First Financial Mortgage Services, Inc. as a loan officer for several years before becoming Branch Manager. He went on to start his own company but decided to close and come work for Quail Hollow Financial. The move gave him the opportunity to work with more lenders and loan programs than he could have as a small mortgage company. Brad has closed over $85 million dollars in mortgage loans in his career and has experience in writing VA, FHA, USDA, Construction, Jumbo and conventional mortgages. He enjoys consulting with his clients as to the different loan options and helping them figure out what is best for their biggest investment. Brad?s goal is to always have his customer leave better off and more informed than before they met.
